FirstGround Development ("we", "us") is a land-development planning company owned by Zyora Group, based in Georgia, USA. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and member portal.

Account information you provide (name, phone number, email, password). Parcel information you submit (address, county, state, acreage, current use, road frontage, utilities, desired use, how you acquired the land). Payment information is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. Basic technical data such as browser type, device, and pages visited.
How we use it
To create and manage your account; to study your parcel and prepare your plan; to schedule and conduct your walkthrough call; to process payments; to send you messages related to your account and parcel; to improve our services; and to comply with legal obligations.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, payments, email, scheduling), with professionals engaged to prepare your plan under confidentiality, with Zyora Group affiliates, or when required by law.
Public records
To prepare a plan we may consult public records such as zoning maps, tax assessor data, and permits related to your parcel.
Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, and opt out of non-essential messages, by contacting us. Depending on your state of residence you may have additional rights, which we will honor as required by law.
