Terms of Service
Effective October 26, 2026.
Agreement
By creating an account or purchasing a plan from FirstGround Development, a Zyora Group company, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and have the authority to share information about the parcel you submit.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information.
Plans
The Vision Plan ($497) and Full Plan ($1,997) are one-time purchases paid upfront. Plans are concept and estimate documents for planning purposes. Delivery times are targets measured from receipt of payment and complete parcel information. Your plan is revealed on a scheduled walkthrough call and then made available in your dashboard.
No guarantees
Plans are not a guarantee of zoning approval, permitting, financing, construction cost, rent, value, or returns. Numbers are estimates based on information available at the time. Plans are not legal, tax, engineering, surveying, or investment advice; consult licensed professionals before acting.
Your land
We do not take ownership of, or any interest in, your land by preparing a plan. Any partnership, development, or management arrangement requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Partnering with us is never a condition of buying a plan.
Plan fee credit
If you and FirstGround Development sign a development agreement for the planned parcel, plan fees you paid are credited toward the development fee as stated in that agreement.
Plan fees
Plan fees are earned on delivery. Any development-fee credit requires a separate signed development agreement. A partnership or first-refusal conversation creates no obligation until a written agreement exists.
License
You own the plan you buy for your personal and business use regarding your parcel, including sharing it with lenders and advisors. Our site content, designs, and methods remain our property.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit information you do not have the right to share.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any plan is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
